Orders & Pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued in that case.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (subject to a handling fee and pincode availability) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your payment credentials.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including weight, ingredients, and nutritional information. Minor variations in color or texture between batches of hand-churned ghee are natural and not a defect.

Corporate Gifting & Bulk Orders

Bulk/corporate orders are subject to a separate quote, minimum order quantities, and lead times as communicated at the time of enquiry. GST invoices are provided for all corporate purchases.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution in producing and shipping our products, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
