Our Story β From Farm to Your Family
Traditional dairy farming, bringing Haryana's best ghee to you.
The Phogat Legacy
Phogat Dairy Farm is a family-run dairy in Singhran village, Hisar, Haryana, raising Murrah buffaloes and making ghee the traditional way.
We realized that while commercial ghee is cheap and convenient, it lacks the purity and freshness of traditional ghee. So we decided to share our farm's ghee with people who value quality over shortcuts.
Every jar of Phogat Ghee is made the traditional way β slowly, carefully, with the Bilona method.
Our Values
Purity First
No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just milk, culture, and time.
Transparency Always
Every batch is lab-tested. Every jar is traceable. Visit our farm anytime.
Fresh Over Volume
We don't chase scale. We chase quality. Your ghee is made when you order it.
Meet Our Herd
Our 18 Murrah buffaloes are family. Grass-fed, loved, and never injected with hormones.
The Bilona Process
How we make your ghee β the traditional way, step by step
Morning Milking
We milk our Murrah buffaloes twice daily β morning and evening. Only rich, high-fat buffalo milk.
Curd Setting
Milk is boiled, cooled, and cultured overnight to make fresh curd.
Hand Churning
Curd is churned using a traditional wooden churner (Bilona). Takes 45β60 minutes per batch.
Butter Extraction
Fresh white butter floats to the top. Pure, unsalted, hand-made butter.
Slow Cooking
Butter is heated on low flame until water evaporates. Creamy white granular ghee remains.
Packaging
Ghee is filtered, cooled, and poured into sterilized glass jars. Batch number stamped.
