We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with the taste, aroma, or quality of any product, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp at +91 98120 54321 within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
• For quality issues, please share a photo of the product and, where possible, the batch number printed on the jar.
• We'll confirm whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is the right fix for your situation.

Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because ghee, paneer, and butter are perishable/consumable food items, we generally do not require the product to be shipped back to us before issuing a refund or replacement — a photo and description of the issue is usually sufficient. This keeps the process fast and avoids unnecessary shipping of food items.

Refund Timelines

• Online payments (Razorpay): Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days of approval; we'll collect your payment details via WhatsApp or email.

What's Not Covered

Change-of-mind returns after the product has been substantially consumed, or claims made more than 7 days after delivery, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis rather than guaranteed. Damage caused by improper storage after delivery (e.g., not refrigerating fresh paneer/butter as instructed) is also not covered.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within a few hours of placing them, before they enter packing — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but the return process above still applies.
