Delivery Timelines
- Delhi NCR & Haryana (including Hisar city): 24–48 hours
- Punjab & Uttar Pradesh: 48–72 hours
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order placement, and may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is applied automatically on all orders above ₹2,000. Orders below this amount incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes across India, subject to a ₹50 handling fee. COD availability is confirmed automatically at checkout based on your pincode; if COD isn't available in your area, you can still complete payment online via UPI, cards, or net banking through Razorpay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp and can check status anytime from your My Account page.
Packaging
All dairy products are packed in sealed, food-grade containers with adequate insulation for transit. Ghee, being shelf-stable, does not require refrigerated shipping; fresh paneer and butter are dispatched with cold-chain care and should be refrigerated promptly on arrival.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeline, please contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier partner immediately.
